Statement of Faith:

The Apostles Creed

                                                                                                                                       We believe in God Almighty and in Christ Jesus, His only Son, our Lord who was born of Holy Spirit and the Virgin Mary, Who was crucified under Pontius Pilate, was buried, on the third day rose from the dead, who ascended into the heaven, and is seated on the right of the Father.  When He comes, He will judge the living and the dead.  I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Holy Church, the remission of sins, the resurrection of the flesh, and the life everlasting.

The 8 points of the Knights Cross

  1. Live in truth.
  2. Have faith.
  3. Be sincere.
  4. Give proof of humility.
  5. Love Justice.
  6. Be Merciful.
  7. Endure persecution.
  8. Repent of sin.

Areas of Ministry


Full-patch members are expected to participate or lead in an area of ministry or outreach. Some examples are mechanical, prayer, hospitality, youth, woman, prison, hospital visitations, first-aid(with valid certification only), Music, administration, organizing or managing, or serving wherever needed.




Prospects, along with support of their sponsors are expected to define their giftedness, talents or abilities and to explain how they can contribute to this ministry. The Sponsor is expected to introduce the prospect to other chapter members with specific gifts or experiences.

 



Please be respectful of any gender issues, no matter the ministry you are involved in. For example, only woman are to be involved in the woman's ministry. Even if you are aiding someone injured (first=aid) and the injured person is a woman, ensure that another woman is present preferably another AMS female member.




Each member is expected to be fully engaged in a church, where he or she receives training, teaching and mentorship. This will benefit not only them as Christians but their ministry within the AMS. When members are stronger and continually learning in their faith through a church, the AMS benefits. If a member is unsure of his or her gifting, churches provide programs and classes that can help define an area of ministry that would suit his of her personality and specific makeup.
